Farmtastic

This picture is from about.. a week ago? My school has "Citizenship" day when we go help out in the community. Some people help out at women's shelters, the SPCA, or work for the Parks System, but I was in a group that went to  nearby farm and planted onions and weeded. It was a lot of fun, and the overalls were really practical, albeit HUGE. (I'm second from the left, if you can't tell.) 

This is me and Sarah! She was regional champion at our state meet yesterday! This picture is not extremely flattering, but I thought our hats were cute. Mine is a Life is Good hat, and hers.. I think it's John Deere? Perhaps? My shirt is from Target, and the overalls are from Goodwill.

Today, Allison decide that her best friend in the whole world Kate could write her post for her.   So this is Kate, and I am writing Allison's post.  I would like to say that I am really bad at writing these things, so just remember that as your reading this and take pity on me.  Anyways, Allison is pretty awesome.  And she has great clothes. 

However, Allison doesn't have 20-20 vision like I do.  She also yelled at me when I tried to use Times New Roman font.  TAKE THAT ALLISON.  But really, Allison is really funny.  And I like her a lot.  Today we went to our school's production of Taming of the Shrew.  It was great.

In these pictures Avery taught me that my camera has a rapid-fire mode. BEST DAY EVER.

Not going to lie, this outfit made me feel pretty polished. oh, and tall.

Definitely hammered this out myself. It's okay to be intimidated.

Colorblind

Reading an US magazine recently, I've found that many of the "Don't"s they talk about I find not as revolting as I used to. Looking at some of them I thought, "Hey! That's not bad. It's a decent outfit!" And then today, I grabbed a shirt with pink in it, and a red belt. And I liked it. Depreciation of standards?  Slowly but surely. And I like it.

The best thing about this shirt is that it was $3 brand-spanking-new.

For some reason I have a particular fascination with this bicycle rack.

Tomorrow is Wacky Tacky day at my school. Be prepared.

Gray Day

This weekend I was at a dance competition, so I didn't have an outfit to post even if I had had the time. Instead, I spent my two free days dancing in restaurants, watching the Food Network and losing my Camelbak water bottle! What a horrible experience. I've only had it for four days. I amaze myself.

Cheyenne was back today! Hooray for that.

Jail Bird

Sorry there were no pictures yesterday. It was my last XC meet with the whole team! And I was wearing a cute outfit too, but the only shot I have of it was in a bathroom, and you don't want to see it. The lighting was terrible. I'll put it on this weekend and take a picture of it, just for you.

One very sad thing about XC season ending it that Cheyenne has to go right home after school and can no longer take my pictures. Today, my friend Pragna took them for me. I love the trees! They're so beautiful this time of year. :)

This little guy made me smile. He had to go on here. :)
