My gorgeous friend Madison and I went to see a production of Pride and Prejudice, a perfect match for the Jane Austen class that we're taking together. The power went out twice during the performance, the second time during Darcy's second proposal. Coincidence? I think not. Pride and Prejudice always makes me so depressed. Where is MY Mr. Darcy? But we went to get ice cream afterwards with some other P&P aficionados, and that cheered me up quite a bit. The ice cream didn't. Apparently I don't like Black Cherry ice cream. Good to know, future Allison.
